1. How can I place an order ?
You can order in different ways:
A) Online.
1) You can thumb trough our products according to land, category, products in promotion, new products (added in the last 14 days) or you can fill in a search request in the space on the right top of the site. You can also make an advanced search via "Advanced Search".
2) You get to see a list of all products which satisfy to your search request. You can look at the details of the product and add the product to your shopping cart with the button "add to shopping cart".
3) When you are a new client, you first need to register, if you already have an account you can log in with your e-mail address and password.
4) After that you return to your shopping cart, where you can modify or send your order.
5) At the next page you can choose the method of delivery and the method of payment. If you pay online you need to fill in your creditcard data at our secure website.
6) Then you can send the order to us.

B) Via e-mail, fax or telephone.
When you don't want to order online, you can pass your order via e-mail (info@dataconsult.com), via fax (09/223.76.97) or via telephone (09/223.92.27).
Attention!: For this feature there will be a fee of 3% excl. BTW for administration costs.

2. How can I pay?
You can choose between 2 methods of payment:
1) Via Creditcard.
You can fill in your credit card data at our secure website. Your creditcard details are encrypted by the SSL protocol and are never been sent unencrypted over the network. Dataconsult BVBA can't access this details and they are not saved on our servers, that's why you need to enter your credit card details every time you place an order. The payment is done by Ogone, one of the European leaders in online payment services. You can find more info about the secure payment via Ogone here.

2) Via bank transfer.
You can transfer the amount at our bank account:

3. Can I pick up my order?
Of course. When you wish to pick up your order, there will be no extra costs for transportation. Your order can be picked up at our office. Our address: Twaalfkameren 97, 9000 Gent. You will receive an e-mail of us when your order is at your disposal at our offices.
Our offices are open from monday till friday from 9u30 till 18u30 (friday till 17u30).

4. When will the delivery date be? And how much will it cost me?
The delivery will only be executed after we received the full amount at our bank account. If you choose for online payment, we have confirmation of payment within half an hour of you payment and we immediately be able to send your order (when the product is available at our supplier). We charge 15,00 EUR (excl. Btw) for your transport costs who will be taken care of by TNT. Your order will be delivered during the office ours and at the address that you gave is with your order. You receive further instructions from us about the delivery after receiving your payment.

5. Can I buy as an end-user?
Yes, Dataconsult BVBA sells to end-users and companies. If you are an end-user and don't hava vat-number, please fill in the form: "Vatr" as "no VAT-number". If your VAT number is requested, please fill in "VAT-nr in request".

6. Limits of the warranty.
The warranty on the sold products is limited to the warranty granted by the constructor, well-known by the Customer or for which the Customer is obliged having made a thorough inquiry into before making the contract, and, where necessary, to the extended warranty programme made by means of a specific convention. This means that the consequences of the following cases are not covered: insufficiency or failure of the hardware, software, telecommunication, electricity, etc.; accessories and normal wear of the components; addition or connection of materials or software that do not fall under the contract; modification of the delivered products without our preliminary written agreement; all cases of Acts of God, etc. The warranty is limited in every case to the reparation or the pure and simple exchange of the defective products - the choice between reparation and exchange is only up to us. We do never guarantee the aptitude of a material or software for a specific problem or a problem typical for the activity of the Customer. For that matter, every deficiency that is not known by us and that could affect the software, is not covered by the warranty.

7. Retour of goods
Before retouring your goods, you have to request an RMA-number via info@dataconsult.com. Please mention your invoice number, the product and the serial number of the product in your e-mail.
After reception of our RMA-number, you can send the product to Dataconsult BVBA, Twaalfkameren 97, 9000 GENT, Belgium. Please put the RMA-number clear and visible at the outside of the packing. Packages without RMA-number will not be received by us.
